Description

Facilitate Agile processes for ECAT and Engineering software development teams, leading ceremonies and improving team performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Agile SCRUM ceremonies and facilitate Scrum Events across multiple teams.
• Work with Product Owners to manage and conduct project activities smoothly.
• Analyze software requirements and technical documentation to support development.
• Direct on-site and remote contracted development and testing resources.
• Evaluate and implement new approaches to improve team performance.

Required Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credential.
• 4+ years of experience managing Scrum teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, Rally, and Confluence.
• Experience establishing Agile processes within engineering environments.
• Ability to coordinate with both on-site and remote resources.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of the SAFe framework.
