Own project delivery and Agile execution for embedded, firmware, and software teams in the payments domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage complex project requirements, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality targets are met.
• Coordinate dependencies between embedded systems, firmware, hardware, and web/software teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Drive risk mitigation, maintain roadmaps, and provide status visibility through structured reporting.
• Align engineering teams with product management and executive stakeholders on delivery goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• Proven domain expertise in payments, cryptocurrencies, or banking APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum best practices.
• Experience managing dependencies across hardware, firmware, and software teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting ERP and workflow systems for project execution.
• Background in high-pressure environments requiring decisive stakeholder management.
