Description

Lead Scrum ceremonies and drive Agile maturity for enterprise data platform modernization and cloud migration initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, continuous improvement, and best practices.
• Remove impediments and coordinate cross-functional dependencies for timely delivery.
• Monitor sprint metrics, velocity, and burn-down charts to ensure delivery progress.
• Partner with Product Owners, architects, and engineering teams to align priorities.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• 3+ years supporting cloud migration or enterprise modernization projects.
• Experience leading Agile teams through large-scale data platform or data warehouse transformation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data warehousing concepts and SQL.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or BigQuery).
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data integration methodologies.
• Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe.
