Description

You will facilitate agile practices and drive productivity within software engineering and product teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and remove workflow impediments.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog grooming and prioritization to align work with business goals.
• Track team progress using velocity and metrics to ensure Product Increment objectives are met.
• Maintain Scrum artifacts such as Product Backlogs, Sprint Backlogs, and Burndown charts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Deep understanding of the Agile Framework and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency using Jira for agile project management.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and provide progress updates.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other relevant Agile certifications.
