Facilitate Agile processes and manage project lifecycles within IT and financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile techniques including User Stories, TDD, and pairing.
• Manage project lifecycles within IT or finance services sectors.
• Implement and support Continuous Integration and automated testing workflows.
• Drive team engagement through Agile games and collaborative practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• CSM or CSP certification from Scrum Alliance.
• PMI Agile Certified Professional (ACP) certification.
• Practical knowledge of Agile Central.
• Experience with Automated Testing and Continuous Integration.
• Proficiency in TDD and pairing methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
