Description

Lead agile processes, mentor teams, and manage organizational Scrum practices for a finance services project team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Direct Associate level Scrum Masters and establish organizational best practices for Agile and Scrum.
• Ensure user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation are complete to support development, testing, and user acceptance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively with the agile team.
• Track progress through standardized dashboards and metric reporting to improve transparency across the organization.

Required Skills

• CSM or CSP certification from Scrum Alliance, or PMI-ACP certification.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 5+ years of IT or Finance Services Project Management experience.
• 10+ years of total IT experience.
• Deep knowledge of Agile techniques including Automated Testing, TDD, Continuous Integration, and Pairing.
• Experience with Agile Central, User Stories, and Agile Games.
• Proven ability to manage conflicts and build trusting team environments.

• Any Graduate degree.
