Description

Lead Agile delivery for complex technical projects within .Net and Salesforce environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and business alignment.
• Assist in creating, prioritizing, and grooming the product backlog and refining user stories.
• Coach and mentor teams in Agile practices to drive continuous improvement and performance.
• Monitor project progress and team metrics to optimize workflows and report on sprint outcomes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Proven experience managing projects based on .Net Full Stack and Salesforce platforms.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Strong understanding of .Net Full Stack development and the Salesforce platform.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for risk assessment and mitigation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kanban, Lean, or other Agile frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
