Description

You will act as Scrum Master for API development squads, ensuring timely delivery of MuleSoft solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Track and report progress using Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown charts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong experience in API development projects, preferably with MuleSoft.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum Development, and Jira.
• Experience with tribe model and scaled Agile frameworks.
• Familiarity with Banking or financial services domain.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
