Description

You will facilitate software development teams using Agile methodologies to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth team progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align backlog prioritization and delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing multiple Agile teams in software development.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Experience utilizing Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong ability to resolve conflicts and drive team accountability.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technical delivery processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
