Description

Lead agile teams through the full delivery lifecycle to ensure high-quality project outcomes within timeline and performance guidelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
• Manage the team backlog by reviewing user stories with the Product Owner and assisting in requirement gathering and prioritization.
• Remove impediments and protect the team from external influences to maintain delivery velocity.
• Guide the team through estimation processes, task breakdown, and sizing of requirements.
• Track and collate metrics such as velocity, code quality, and defect density to provide status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an agile environment.
• Deep understanding of Scrum principles and agile frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira and Version One.
• Experience translating product roadmaps into team-specific release and sprint plans.
• Ability to guide teams in defect management and testing process improvements.
• Strong facilitation skills for backlog grooming and maturity assessments.
• Any Graduate degree.
