Description

You will facilitate the scrum process for cross-functional teams managing project, non-project, and maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum and Scaled Agile ceremonies, including Scrum of Scrums.
• Guide teams in following Agile/Scrum practices to promote prioritization, readiness, and sprint commitment.
• Use empirical data to assess Scrum maturity, optimize velocity against KPIs, and identify performance improvements.
• Address systemic impediments to agility and escalate issues to prevent blockers.
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure continuous backlog refinement and communicate delivery progress to stakeholders.
• Coach teams to deliver capabilities using agile practices while adhering to SDLC, security, and release requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a practicing Scrum Master.
• 8+ years of business experience in matrixed environments such as product development, project management, or implementation.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry within mid-to-large scale organizations.
• Deep understanding of full SecDevOps and DevOps.
• Knowledge of SDLC processes, work breakdown, and sizing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Agile-based requirements management, processes, and tools.
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
• Competency in platform and cross-team dependency management.
• Understanding of code quality, scanning, test automation, and code branching/merging.
• Knowledge of release management.
• Accredited Scrum Master Certification.
• Accredited SAFe and/or LeSS Certification.
