You will facilitate Agile processes and manage team workflows in a hybrid environment based in NYC.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and manage team progress.
• Implement and maintain Kanban workflows to optimize delivery.
• Manage project tracking and documentation within Jira.
• Guide the team through all stages of the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Proficiency in Kanban frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in NYC.
