Description

You serve as a Technical Scrum Master supporting multiple teams to deliver solutions for product and engineering initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional activities between Engineering and Product Management to achieve program outcomes.
• Drive features through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring timely build, test, and release processes.
• Manage project schedules, identify potential issues, and communicate risks and changes to stakeholders.
• Conduct Scrum ceremonies and planning sessions, focusing on continuous learning from past cycles.
• Maintain release and dependency plans across engineering teams and external partners.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years as a Scrum Master managing medium to large software development projects.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification.
• Experience applying Agile and Scrum methodologies in software development teams.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering and Product Management in project delivery.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Jira for tracking and planning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical groups.
