Description

Drive complex IT implementations, security remediations, and infrastructure projects using Agile methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead security-focused, technical tool, and application development Sprints from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resource activities to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage Agile workflows, including stand-ups, risk/issue tracking, and scope change management.
• Streamline procedures to enhance product efficiency and drive revenue opportunities.
• Provide consultative input on product features to external and internal clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience driving complex IT technical projects or Sprints.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum practices.
• Experience with Security or IT Infrastructure projects.
• Client-facing communication skills with partners and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or JIRA.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder (required for government client).
• Flexibility to work after hours, on-call, and weekends for deployments.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, SAFe, or Scrum certifications.
• Financial industry or US Federal Government agency experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
