Description

You will facilitate Agile processes and manage end-to-end software migration, upgrade, and replacement projects in Omaha, NE.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead software migration, upgrade, and replacement projects from initiation to delivery.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business groups, and vendor products.
• Manage cross-functional workflows to ensure timely project delivery.
• Apply Agile methodologies to drive team productivity and project alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Product Management.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Extensive background in software migration and replacement projects.
• Strong experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Ability to coordinate across technical and business functions.
• Experience managing vendor product integrations.
• Strong professional communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
