Description

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach technical delivery teams on agile principles within the payments or banking domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on the Scrum framework, driving transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
• Support product teams in defining and managing the backlog and release plans.
• Collaborate with technical teams to apply engineering best practices like test-driven development.
• Ensure adherence to agile processes and maintain productive Scrum cadences.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical domain.
• Proven experience within the Payments, Banking, or Cards domain.
• Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and agile principles.
• Experience working directly with technical teams and agile engineering practices.
• Familiarity with Kanban and SAFe.
• Any Graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in backlog management, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive agile maturity.
