Description

You will coach one or two high-performing teams toward self-organization and effective delivery using Agile/Scrum concepts and Simplify @ Scale guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Remove impediments or guide teams to resolve blockers independently.
• Coordinate backlog and priorities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Initiate and drive continuous improvement processes within the teams.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master team and Tech Lead on departmental strategies and overarching topics.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of experience as a certified Scrum Master (PSM1, PSM2).
• Proven experience coaching high-performing, multicultural teams.
• University-level education, specifically a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
• Deep understanding of Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and development processes.
• Strong mentoring skills focused on openness, honesty, and respect.
• Fluency in both English and Dutch.
• Ability to T-shape within the team to support development progress.
