You will drive agile delivery and strategic alignment across multiple technical product teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies to improve team maturity and delivery processes.
• Align product and platform operating models with organizational strategic goals.
• Analyze data and metrics to assess product and platform portfolio performance.
• Manage organizational change, including training and supporting end users.
• Gather business requirements and execute projects within technical and budget constraints.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience with agile teams in software solution delivery.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development or digital transformation.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices.
• Advanced Jira experience, specifically customization and configuration for OKRs and Agile KPIs.
• Proficiency with Jira (Jira Align, Jira Premium), Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical skills with financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Proven ability to manage change across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex project lifecycles and multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a multi-national, matrix-structured organization.
• Background in Hotel Management, Vacation Ownership, or Hospitality.
