Description

You will facilitate agile processes for multiple software development teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Scrum Master for two or more software development teams.
• Guide teams through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Implement and maintain agile methodologies to improve delivery.
• Apply scaled agile frameworks to coordinate cross-team efforts.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience acting as a Scrum Master for multiple software development teams.
• 2+ years of experience working with Agile methodologies including Kanban and Lean.
• Experience utilizing Atlassian tools.
• Working knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum).
• Direct experience managing workflows within the SDLC.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
