You will facilitate Agile processes and remove impediments for the development team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and daily processes to ensure team alignment.
• Support team delivery within the Agile framework, removing impediments as they arise.
• Monitor sprint progress and maintain transparency across the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development or project coordination.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework implementation.
• Proven track record of facilitating effective Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, planning).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation in any discipline.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate between stakeholders and engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Experience with Jira or similar Agile project management tools.
