Description

You will facilitate agile development processes to ensure successful application delivery through leadership and coaching.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demos.
• Assist Product Owners with user story creation, prioritization, and backlog grooming.
• Track team velocity, manage sprint capacity, and handle high-level budgeting and time tracking.
• Remove blocking impediments and coordinate dependencies between teams.
• Coach development teams and stakeholders on agile practices, collaboration, and accountability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Scrum Master experience.
• 10+ years of information technology experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and the SDLC.
• Experience managing agile methodologies on large-scale, technically complex projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams using Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI).
• Proficiency with Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Data-driven analysis skills for measuring and managing delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Information Systems.

Preferred Skills

• Technical experience with the Microsoft technology stack, specifically C# and SQL Server.
