Description

Lead Agile delivery for the Salesforce Commercial Delivery team by managing backlogs, removing impediments, and facilitating technical discussions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan deliverables and monitor team performance metrics to ensure consistent delivery.
• Partner with product owners to manage backlogs, incoming requests, and cross-team dependencies.
• Identify, escalate, and track impediments to resolution while facilitating technical discussions.
• Guide the team through Agile evolution and streamline communication across the organization.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of engineering work experience in Agile Project Management.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent professional experience.
• Deep knowledge of Agile practices, processes, and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Data analysis skills including SQL for performance monitoring.
• Strong organizational and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related Engineering field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading Scrum teams focused on Salesforce or similar packaged software.
• Background in life sciences or medical instrumentation.
