Description

Manage multiple Scrum teams in a pharmaceutical environment to ensure consistent delivery of machine learning, AI, NLP, and Big Data initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Scrum teams simultaneously to ensure consistent delivery.
• Apply Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles to optimize team workflows.
• Coordinate project delivery for complex machine learning and AI initiatives.
• Navigate GXP compliance requirements within the pharmaceutical context.
• Solve complex organizational problems and manage detailed project planning.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience managing multiple Scrum teams.
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification.
• Direct experience working in a Pharma background with GXP knowledge.
• 1+ years of experience with machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, NLP, and Big Data projects.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent training and experience.
