Description

You will lead Agile Scrum teams in Philadelphia, removing impediments and facilitating continuous improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members in agile best practices, self-organization, and cross-functionality.
• Facilitate all Scrum events, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews.
• Remove impediments to team progress and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Manage application development projects using Jira and other tracking tools.
• Assess Scrum maturity levels and coach the team toward sustainable improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Proficiency in Jira and project tracking software.
• Experience driving decision-making with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to facilitate discussions and decision-making without coercion.
• Experience improving transparency and radiating information across the organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• CSM, PSM I, or SASM certification.
