Description

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and lead end-to-end project delivery for DevSecOps and CI/CD initiatives across platform and application teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives for platform and application teams.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies for DevSecOps and CI/CD initiatives, ensuring predictable delivery outcomes.
• Partner with Cloud Platform Engineering leadership to translate strategy into executable delivery plans and sprint-level commitments.
• Maintain and prioritize program backlogs, ensuring work is clearly defined, sequenced, and aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Remove delivery impediments by proactively escalating risks and facilitating decision-making across technical and operational stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile project delivery.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud delivery environments and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
• Experience with backlog management and delivery tracking tools, specifically Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Strong ability to coordinate work across engineering, security, infrastructure, and application teams.
• Experience embedding security and compliance checks into sprint workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Background in cloud-native application development and deployment governance.
• Experience with release planning, versioning standards, and post-release validation.
