Description

You will facilitate Scrum theory and practice within the team and across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own Scrum processes and ensure the team follows agreed-upon workflows.
• Remove obstacles and distractions to maintain team focus and productivity.
• Act as the primary interface between the Scrum team and external stakeholders or other teams.
• Mentor Scrum project members and champion continuous process improvement.
• Manage stakeholder engagement by identifying and involving key partners early in the project life cycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar role.
• Deep understanding of Scrum theory and practical application.
• Proven ability to improve team effectiveness and value delivery.
• Experience maintaining high-quality processes, information, and status reporting.
• Strong relationship management skills with internal and external partners.
• Ability to guide processes toward organizational success.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
