Responsibilities

• Manage projects using SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Lead teams with a focus on professional development and organizational goals.
• Direct application, systems implementations, and upgrades.
• Apply Agile techniques to ensure continuous integration and testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) designation.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of ATDD and TDD.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Testing.
• Experience managing projects across multiple departments using SDLC.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• PMO certification and project management experience.
• Experience in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
• Healthcare experience, specifically with Medicare or Medicaid.
