Description

Facilitate agile processes and manage delivery cycles for the project team in Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Manage burn downs and track team velocity to balance PMO milestones with scrum activities.
• Identify and resolve blockers, conflicts, and environmental management needs for projects.
• Coach and mentor the team on agile best practices and methodologies.
• Report project status to stakeholders and manage multiple ongoing issues by assessing priority.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in agile environments.
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian suite, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with common development practices and the SDLC.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for status reporting and presentations.
• Ability to multitask and make effective decisions under pressure.
• Any Graduate degree.
