Facilitate agile processes and manage project delivery within the banking domain.

Responsibilities

• Execute all scrum ceremonies using Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and the team to build backlogs and manage estimations.
• Conduct, document, and monitor action items resulting from retrospectives.
• Report key project metrics to client management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Hands-on experience with Confluence.
• Domain experience in banking.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
