Description

You facilitate Agile delivery and project management within a banking environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute all Scrum ceremonies using Jira and Confluence.
• Partner with Product Owners and the development team to manage backlog creation and estimations.
• Conduct, document, and monitor action items resulting from retrospectives.
• Mentor and coach team members on Agile processes.
• Define governance plans, track deliverables, and report key project metrics to client management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Project Management.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Deep understanding of Agile processes.
• Strong background in the banking domain.
• Experience managing project metrics and governance tracking.
• Any Graduate degree.
