You will facilitate agile processes and drive continuous improvement within the team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and coaching sessions to improve team delivery.
• Resolve conflicts and remove blockers to maintain team momentum.
• Analyze delivery data, including velocity and throughput, to identify trends.
• Drive actionable improvements based on team performance metrics.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining organizational focus.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Proven ability to facilitate team meetings and workshops.
• Experience coaching teams on agile practices.
• Strong data analysis skills focused on throughput and velocity.
• Ability to manage complex priorities in a structured manner.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I or higher).
