You facilitate Agile ceremonies and guide teams toward continuous improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide and coach development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles.
• Proactively identify and remove impediments, risks, and blockers impacting team delivery.
• Support release planning and backlog grooming in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Track, measure, and report on Agile delivery metrics like velocity and burndown.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in an Agile environment.
• Experience with Scrum.org and SAFe frameworks.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Rally, and Azure DevOps.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating large products or complex multi-team initiatives.
• Experience coaching and mentoring cross-functional Agile teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare and life sciences domain requirements (e.g., GxP, HIPAA, FDA).
• Ability to drive delivery improvements using metrics and KPIs.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
