Description

You will guide the team through the Scrum process to maximize value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments, blockers, or distractions hindering team progress.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Drive organizational change by educating stakeholders on Scrum adoption and improvement.
• Support the team to achieve goals and maintain a productive environment.

• Agile Specialization and Project Management experience.

• 10+ years of working experience.
