Description

You will serve as the dedicated Scrum Master across multiple projects, managing deliverables and facilitating Agile ceremonies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Steer Scrum events including Daily Standup, Grooming, Planning, Demo, and Retrospective.
• Manage projects using standard tools to track and report on deliverables.
• Coordinate issue resolution, address risks, and facilitate decision-making.
• Develop and implement metrics to measure project progress and value.
• Facilitate dependencies between internal and external Project Managers and Scrum Masters.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 3+ years working in Agile/Scrum development methodology.
• 2+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience.
• Experience with Jira, VSTS, ALM, or Version One.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability to manage project scope and communicate clearly with IT, business, and vendors.
• Strong ability to partner with cross-functional teams to hit project goals.
