Description

Guide and coach the development team on Agile and Scrum principles while facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and foster high-performing team dynamics.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog.
• Track and communicate sprint progress, velocity, and key metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Proven skills in facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Experience working directly with Product Owners.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in scaled Agile environments.
