Description

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive team delivery for multiple projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events including Daily Standups, Grooming, Planning, Demos, and Retrospectives.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and scope using standard project management tools.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to ensure timely decision-making.
• Develop metrics to measure and report project progress and value.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• 2+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience.
• Proficiency with Jira, Version One, VSTS, or ALM.
• Experience using MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong ability to communicate with IT, business, and vendor partners.
• Proven ability to plan and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• PSM or CSM Certification.
• PPM Certification.
• Prior experience in the Banking domain.
