Description

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage team processes to ensure efficient delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Protect the team from scope creep and over-commitment during iteration planning.
• Administer the Scrum board, maintain task cards, and ensure Jira tools function correctly.
• Analyze burndown charts and planning tools to provide regular reporting.
• Identify and eliminate external blockers and internal roadblocks for the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• Expert knowledge of the Scrum framework, including all artifacts and techniques.
• Proficiency in Jira for task management and board administration.
• Experience using Confluence.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to aid in estimation and subtask creation.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
