Description

You will facilitate agile delivery and manage team workflows to ensure consistent value delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all scrum ceremonies and guide the team toward agreed ways of working.
• Partner with product owners to manage backlogs and define Epics and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on continuous planning, including capacity and release planning.
• Manage release planning, dependencies, and maintain Jira hygiene.
• Coach the team to develop a shared sense of ownership and commitment.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in agile environments.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Deep understanding of Agile values, Scrum events, tools, metrics, and artifacts.
• Expertise in Jira management and oversight.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder engagements and role clarity.
• Experience with capacity planning and dependency management.
• Any Graduate degree.
