Description

You will guide software teams using Scrum practices to deliver increments, removing impediments and coaching stakeholders on Agile adoption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove blockers hindering team progress and liaise with stakeholders to maintain flow.
• Coach the team and organization on sustainable Agile and Scrum adoption.
• Maintain Jira dashboards and track Agile metrics such as velocity and burn-down charts.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage roadmaps and ensure backlog readiness.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Proven experience applying Agile/Scrum practices in a development environment.
• Strong skills in communication, conflict resolution, and leadership.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of SSM (Scrum Master) certification principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Domain experience in Insurance, Banking, or Government Technology.
