Description

Manage scrum processes for cloud implementation projects, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments to ensure delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all scrum ceremonies, including daily standups and sprint planning.
• Remove obstacles affecting the team and shield them from external interruptions during sprints.
• Monitor team progress using burndown charts and track project deliverables and financials.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to walk through technical user stories and support release planning.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience specifically as a Scrum Master.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience coordinating and administering IT project phases.
• Scrum Master Certification.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with financial applications.
• Experience writing standard operating procedures.
• Proven leadership skills to guide scrum teams.
• Strong organizational and facilitation skills.
