Description

You will lead development teams in delivering high-quality software functionality using the Agile Scrum process.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, story estimation, sprint reviews, and demos.
• Coordinate software release meetings to move products into pre-production and production environments.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Development, and QA teams to move deliverables forward.
• Train new team members on the Scrum framework and the use of Rally.
• Monitor backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, and task definitions to ensure team success.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Professional experience using Azure Boards.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its processes.
• Proven track record of delivering software applications in an Agile environment.
• Experience facilitating both small and large development teams.
• Proficiency with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze metrics and receive constructive feedback to improve development.

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with Jira or TFS.
• Scrum certification.
