Description

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage multiple development teams, and develop PowerApps solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Run key Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore development efforts across multiple teams and vendors.
• Develop PowerApps applications and build monitoring alerts with incident response processes.
• Define and write user stories to support development activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall industry experience, with 5+ years in a Scrum Master or Technical Project Management role.
• Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Detailed knowledge of Jira and ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Knowledge of SharePoint and PowerApps development.
• Experience managing multiple development squads and vendor relationships.
• Ability to lead agile ceremonies and facilitate team activities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cross-functional team coordination in a complex enterprise environment.
