Description

You facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments for one or more teams to ensure smooth sprint execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage and optimize workflows using Jira, including boards, dashboards, and backlog grooming.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized, well-defined backlog.
• Identify and remove team impediments to ensure effective communication between stakeholders and development teams.
• Track Agile metrics like velocity and burndown, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Hands-on expertise in Jira workflow configuration, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Proven ability to facilitate ceremonies and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience coaching team members on Agile best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to handle multiple teams and priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Experience with Agile scaling frameworks like SAFe or LeSS.
