Manage project delivery and agile governance for development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile coaching and governance processes across multiple teams.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies to ensure smooth team operations.
• Remove blockers for development teams to maintain velocity.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in project management or engineering.
• Expertise in Scrum Management and framework implementation.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and governance principles.
• Proven experience in Agile Coaching and mentoring teams.
• Strong background in Agile Governance and process improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Implement agile methodologies to improve delivery workflows.
