Description

Manage multiple small to medium-sized IT projects through their entire lifecycle, coordinating internal and external staff activities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute project management duties including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
• Develop and maintain project plans, artifacts, and documentation using established standards and templates.
• Coordinate with business owners and analysts to define and refine project scope.
• Conduct lessons learned sessions to identify process improvements.
• Coach teams in Agile methodologies to foster collaborative environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience overseeing integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk management.
• Hands-on experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for implementation projects.
• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven ability to implement Agile principles to optimize efficiency and adapt to evolving requirements.
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow experience in Idea, Project, and Demand modules.
• Experience with SAP projects or Enterprise Business Solutions.
• Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
