Description

You will facilitate Agile delivery and manage team dynamics for software development teams in Porto.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage team dynamics to ensure smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align on priorities.
• Identify and address blockers using a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Manage multiple priorities and team workflows within an Agile framework.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Deep understanding of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in Porto, Portugal, with a CPLP nationality or EU work permit.

Preferred Skills

• Fluency in French.
