Description

You will lead Agile teams delivering self-service BI and data warehousing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery of BI and DWH projects.
• Remove blockers and resolve technical or process impediments to keep teams on track.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and business teams to align on goals and priorities.
• Optimize Agile practices specifically tailored to data warehousing environments.
• Monitor project progress and report key metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally within BI, data warehousing, or analytics teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, DAX, and ETL processes.
• Experience with self-service BI tools like Power BI.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proven problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions quickly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based BI/DWH platforms such as Azure.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
• CSM, PSM, or similar Agile certifications.
