Description

Lead Agile delivery within a POD model for a Speaker Program implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute mid-size implementations using the POD model.
• Adopt and apply the existing Agile/POD playbook.
• Manage resources across multiple vendors and internal teams.
• Coordinate data sharing across different environments and system integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience working within a POD model.
• Experience managing complex implementations involving multiple vendors.
• Ability to work onsite in Princeton, NJ.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Speaker Program implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management across distributed teams.
