Description

Lead Agile teams and facilitate ceremonies within a SAFe framework environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices including Scrum and Kanban.
• Guide teams in adhering to SAFe principles and support Program Increment (PI) planning.
• Identify, track, and remove blockers to protect the team from external distractions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Release Train Engineers to communicate progress and risks.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• At least 2 years of experience working within the SAFe framework.
• SAFe Scrum Master certification (SAFe 5.0 or higher).
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams on complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience working directly with Product Owners.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced SAFe certifications such as SAFe Advanced Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Rally.
• Knowledge of Extreme Programming (XP) and experience in the finance domain.
