Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies:
o Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
o Ensure effective discussions and conflict resolution within the team.
• Support Agile Teams:
o Build a collaborative, self-organizing team environment.
o Coach the team on Agile best practices and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Implement SAFe Framework:
o Guide teams in adhering to SAFe principles and practices.
o Support Program Increment (PI) planning and other SAFe ceremonies.
• Remove Impediments:
o Identify, track, and remove blockers affecting team progress.
o Act as a buffer to protect the team from external distractions.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders:
o Work closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and other stakeholders.
o Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders effectively.
• Track and Report Metrics:
o Monitor team performance metrics such as velocity and sprint burndown.
o Provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Certifications (Mandatory):
o SAFe Scrum Master (SAFe 5.0 or higher).
o Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
o At least 2 years working in SAFe framework environments.
o Proven experience leading cross-functional Agile teams on complex projects.
Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced SAFe certifications (e.g., SAFe Advanced Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist).
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Rally.
• Knowledge of multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
• Experience in the finance domain is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
